6. Go to your Email Inbox and copy the code / OTP.

7. Paste / write the Code / OTP here.

8. Fill the form and touch on, COMPLETE SIGN UP.

9. Touch on, MY PROFILE ( It is located at the bottom right of mobile screen )

10. Touch on, MY CARD button, touch on + button and fill the form with your bank card details.

Now your app is ready to use

11. Touch on, CAll icon,  then you will see the list of topics and choose the topic you need.

Yes, contacting to our Customer Support via the Contact Us form or call or whats app us at these numbers; +351920490917 or +351920438663, is always free of cost, our office hours is 9h00 to 18h00, Monday to Friday. ( Except public holidays in Portugal)

Lask uses state-of-the-art security measures to keep your credit card information safe. All payments in Lask are processed by Stripe, (https://stripe.com/en-gb) a well established payment processing nationwide platform approved by Portuguese government financial body. Stripe is using by trusted multinational companies eg. Ridding Share App or Hotel Booking, Airlines Ticket Booking App, Google, Amazon etc. It is very simple digital payment transfer invoice-payment-collection-machine as your local restaurant or shopping center are also using so Lask won't even have your bank / card details, it goes directly from your bank system just by one time payment method so no one has access to keep your bank card details, however, as a reputed company we can guarantee and assured that your bank details are never misused, we are fully responsible of your payment which is 100% accurate and secure.

Also, Lask gives you full access in your app to keep or delete your card details whenever you want.  If you still have any confusion, doubt or conflicts we highly advise you to talk with your bank branch or someone you know better who knows how the online payment system works in the digital world.

Lask is an application / Mobile App that connects migrants with highly skilled lawyers specializing in Portuguese migration issues. In the Lask platform clients are able to contact accredited lawyers  that provide counseling services. Lask itself does not provide any kind of legal counseling or support.

No, our Customer Support team is not qualified or liable for counseling on legal matters. For that purpose you must call lawyers using our app.

7.

As a client you should choose specific / right topic from the Our Services area in our application, then you will be connected to a lawyer that offers counseling in that specific service or topic. If you choose wrong topic and connected with a lawyer you should disconnect the call within 1st minute of the call so you will not be charged.

8.

No. There are different tariffs depending on time desired and amount spent. You can choose different tariffs to speak with a lawyer for a defined amount of time and respective price.

It is very simple that you can call lawyers by 3 different way, as follows;


The 1st idea to make a call is following.

1. Touch on Call button ( which is on the bottom of your screen)´This lads you to Our Services.

2. Find the related service you want to talk about and touch Call Lawyer. This leads you to Choose Tariff.

3. Choose the Tariff that suit for you then wait until the lawyer receive your call.


The 2nd idea to make a call is following.

1. Touch on Lawyers ( which is on the bottom of your screen)´This leds you to Our Services.

2. Touch below the lawyer name where you can find the related service you want to talk about and touch Call Lawyer. This leads you to Choose Tariff.

3. Choose the Tariff that suit for you then wait until the lawyer receive your call.


The 3rd idea to make a call is following. Note:- The 1st time you can not call by this idea, you just can use this idea by 2nd time and onward.

1. Touch on My Lawyers button ( This is on the right upper side of your screen )

2. Touch below the lawyer name where you can find the related service you want to talk about and touch Call Lawyer. This leads you to Choose Tariff.

3. Choose the Tariff that suit for you then wait until the lawyer receive your call.


If you face any problem to make a call to lawyers you can call to our reception to get solved or guidance to use the app.

As part of our ongoing social support initiatives for our clients, we have launched a new free service. By submitting your CV through our app, we will forward it to our sister companies and partners, reaching at least 20 companies in Portugal that are seeking candidates like you. Additionally, we will provide you with contact information for some of these companies, allowing you to pursue further opportunities directly. This service is purely administrative; we do not charge any fees, nor do we receive any commission from our partners.
